Hello, I'm Kerry and I teach group and 1-to-1 face yoga sessions both in-person and online.
Face yoga is a natural way of looking and feeling healthier and younger. I will teach you exercises that target the facial muscles to improve their tone and elasticity. Face yoga can bring about numerous benefits, such as reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, improving blood circulation, and promoting relaxation. These exercises can also help to tighten, lift and firm the skin, reduce puffiness and increase collagen production, giving you a youthful and glowing look.

Preparing for your class
Work to your own level with each of the exercises
If at anytime you feel pain or discomfort, please stop the exercise
Before the session make sure you have clean hands and a clean face, apply an oil or cream to allow your hands to glide across your face
I recommend Elixir oil by Tropic Skincare, which you can find via the SHOP link
Breathe deeply throughout the techniques
Ideally in and out through your nose if comfortable
When practising on your own, you may need a mirror
This will ensure you are exercising evenly
Check your posture
To ensure you are not holding tension in your shoulders
